Guidelines for Reviewers

All manuscripts judged to have complied with all the preliminary selection criteria in A and B levels will be peer-reviewed. The review process of this journal applies the double-blind review, which means both authors and reviewers do not know each other. Therefore, the review process will be under the reviewers' expertise.

Following the journal's standard that aims to publish high-quality manuscripts as our means to add increasingly legal knowledge into the global conversation, reviewers are strictly advised to follow these guidelines, in addition to the substantial comments in the manuscript, as follows:

  1. General assessment for language clarity and coherence of ideas
  2. Originality and relevant literature review in the field
  3. Please explain the strength of the manuscript
  4. Please explain the weakness of the manuscript
  5. Other comments for the manuscript
